Jennifer Aniston, America Ferrara, David Cook, Casey Affleck, Meryl Streep, Scarlett Johansson and Forest Whitaker are among the celebrities who have signed on to participate in a one-hour TV special on ABC to help raise money for cancer research. Stand Up to Cancer will air september 5.
